Shopping with NaturalSense
These are the basic terms of sale for NaturalSense in Bahrain. Read them together with the product details, delivery policy and returns policy.
Product and order information
- Before buying, review the product name, size, ingredients, directions and warnings.
- Product specifications vary. Labels such as vegan, organic or free from a particular ingredient apply to the products whose pages state those qualities.
- Enter the recipient’s details, address and phone number accurately, and check the products and quantities before placing your order.
Prices and delivery fees
Product prices are in Bahraini dinars. Delivery within Bahrain costs BHD 2.000 for online orders, as shown at checkout. Free in-person pickup is available by arrangement, with no minimum order value. We share the pickup location and time privately once your order is confirmed. For shipping outside Bahrain, contact us before ordering to confirm availability, arrangements and cost.
Product checks and order preparation
We check products for cleanliness and packaging integrity before dispatch. Please check your order when you receive it and contact us if an item is defective or differs from what you ordered. These checks do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges
For a change of mind, request a return within two days of receipt. The product must be unused, with the packaging unopened and all seals intact. The customer covers return delivery costs in this case. Defects or items that do not match the order are handled in accordance with your statutory rights, at no additional cost to you.

Appropriate use
Follow the instructions and storage guidance on the packaging, and check that the product is suitable for you, especially if you have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication. Educational content, supplements and herbs do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
