From Pain Came Hope… and Our Story Began

Some beginnings grow from an experience that changes how we see life, rather than a ready-made plan. Nsense began in 2015, when its founder went through a painful personal health experience. It inspired her to research, read and pay closer attention to everyday choices, from food to skincare and haircare.

Pain turned into hope, then into a passion for learning about ingredients and discovering natural and organic choices. Over time, that passion became a business through which we share our selections and experiences with others. It began with a simple belief: our health is precious, and informed choices deserve time and care.

Rooted in 2015

NaturalSense began as a home business in Bahrain focused on natural and organic products. From the beginning, we read ingredient lists and looked for options with fewer unnecessary additives or harsh ingredients, depending on each product and its specifications.

Our story grew step by step, from a personal interest and shared experiences into a store offering food, tea, herbs and everyday care products. The business has evolved and our selection has expanded, while our original spirit remains: giving every choice the care it deserves.

Since 2015, research, reading and hands-on experience have guided our choices. We have explored a range of products and learned about their ingredients and uses, building practical knowledge with each experience.

Delivery within Bahrain costs BHD 2.000 for online orders, as shown at checkout. Free in-person pickup is available by arrangement with no minimum order value. We share the pickup location and time privately once your order is confirmed.
