An Epsom salt formula with lavender oil, added to bath water for a warm, aromatic bath. Its base is magnesium sulphate, used as a body soak as part of a relaxation routine after a long day or physical activity.

How to use

Add at least two cups to warm running bath water and allow the salt to dissolve. Soak for 20 minutes, following the pack instructions. Do not swallow or use as food salt.
