Monofloral Manuka honey from New Zealand, with a rich character for enjoying on its own or sweetening food. The three grades differ in the minimum methylglyoxal content stated on the pack. Choose the grade you prefer; the product remains a honey food product.
Benefits and features
- The concentration rating indicates the amount of a naturally occurring component in the honey. It does not describe its sugar content or sweetness.
- It can replace part of the sweetener in recipes, bearing in mind that it is still a source of sugars.
- Crystallisation or a natural change in honey texture does not make it a different product. Check the pack seal and storage conditions.
Practical uses
