What we process and why

  • Accounts and orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address or location and order details, to create accounts, fulfil orders, communicate, deliver and provide after-sales service.
  • Payment confirmation: transfer details you send, such as the sender’s name, amount, transaction reference and payment evidence, to verify receipt and match it to an order.
  • Messages and reviews: enquiries, complaints and reviews. Your name and review may appear when published. Avoid including sensitive personal information in reviews.
  • Operations and security: IP address, device and browser information, login attempts and error logs, to protect and operate the site and diagnose problems.
  • Usage and cookies: information needed for the cart, account, language and consent preferences, plus usage measurement according to your choice and analytics settings.

Necessary data is used to fulfil orders, meet legal obligations and protect the store. Optional processing relies on consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing or fulfilment of an existing order.

Manual transfer payments

Payment is by BenefitPay transfer or bank transfer to the account shown in the order instructions. You make the transfer in your banking app, and receipt is checked before preparation. Do not send us your banking password, verification code or card PIN. Hide unnecessary information when sending payment evidence.

Sharing data needed for the service

Delivery may be handled by a courier or delivery company, including Sayq and Parcel, depending on the order arrangements. We share the recipient’s contact information, address or location and shipment details needed with the provider handling delivery.

The store uses Hostinger hosting and Google services connected through Site Kit, including Analytics for usage measurement, Search Console and PageSpeed Insights. Technical and communication providers may receive information needed for their functions. We may also disclose data to meet a legal obligation or a lawful request from a competent authority.

Cookies and analytics choices

Essential cookies help operate the cart, login, language and security. The privacy notice lets you choose “Allow analytics” or “Essential only”. You can change your choice using the button below. Measurement services operate according to consent status and their settings. Declining analytics cookies does not prevent purchases. You can also control cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect store functions.

If you subscribe to marketing messages, you can unsubscribe using the message link or by contacting us. Necessary order and customer-service messages are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Retention and protection

We retain data as needed for orders, customer service, accounting and legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Some records may need to be kept after a deletion request where required by law. Backup copies may remain until replaced through the backup and deletion cycle; they are not normally used for day-to-day operations except during restoration.

Protection measures include encrypted connections, restricted access, login protection and backups. No electronic system can be guaranteed free from all risks.

External services and data transfers

Hosting, analytics and communication providers may process some data outside Bahrain, depending on their server locations and operations. Contact us to ask about processing of your data and its recipients. When you use WhatsApp, Google or social platforms, those providers’ privacy policies also apply to their processing.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, restrictions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, blocking or erasure of your data, object to processing or direct marketing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email the store with your request and information to identify the account or order. We may need appropriate identity verification, without requesting more information than necessary. You retain the right to contact the competent personal data protection authority in Bahrain.
