Benefits and features
- A sweet flavour with a naturally sweet aroma, suited to baking or a warm cup after food.
- Anise is traditionally used to help relieve gas and mild bloating; clinical evidence is limited.

How to use
For baking, add a small amount according to the recipe. For food-grade anise intended for tea, lightly crush the seeds, pour over boiling water, cover and strain according to the supplier’s instructions. Do not use concentrated doses.
Important precautions
Avoid if allergic to anise, fennel or celery. Do not give to infants. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before regular use. It is not a substitute for assessing the cause of low milk supply.
Storage
Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture.
